IMMIGRATION SERVICE TO AUSTRALIA & NEWZEALAND
For individuals seeking migration to Australia, we offer assistance with skilled-independent migrant visas. This visa category is designed for skilled individuals with excellent English language abilities, allowing them to fill occupations in demand in Australia. Our services ensure that applicants meet the necessary requirements and pass the skilled migration points test, leading to permanent residency in Australia.
Skilled- Independent Migrant Visa
The Skilled Sponsored category targets skilled individuals with proficient English language abilities. To secure permanent residency in Australia, applicants must achieve a pass mark of 100 in the skilled migration points test.
This visa requires either:
- Sponsorship by a relative living in Australia; or
- Nomination by a state or territory government
Skilled – Independent (Residence) Visa
Overseas students who have completed their studies in Australia within the last six months and holders of certain temporary visas can apply for permanent residency through this visa category. Selection is based on a points test reflecting characteristics needed in the Australian labor market, and sponsorship is not required.
Skilled – Graduate (Temporary) Visa
Designed for overseas students ineligible for a permanent General Skilled Migration visa, this visa allows them to stay in Australia for 18 months to gain skilled work experience or improve English language skills. Permanent residence can be pursued upon meeting the pass mark on the General Skilled Migration points test.
Last Remaining Relative Visa
The Last Remaining Relative category is for individuals who would otherwise be left on their own overseas if they did not migrate to Australia. Eligible applicants are siblings, sisters, brothers, children, or step-relatives of a person in Australia.
You must be sponsored by your relative in Australia, who must be an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen.
Skilled - Recognised Graduate (Temporary) Visa
Recent graduates of selected overseas universities can gain up to 18 months of skilled work experience in demand occupations in Australia through this visa. Permanent residence is an option upon meeting the pass mark on the General Skilled Migration points test.
Skilled - Regional Sponsored (Provisional) Visa
This visa is a 3-year provisional visa which requires the holder to live and work in regional Australia to qualify for permanent residence. Applicants must be sponsored by an Australian relative living in a designated area or nominated by a state or territory government. The pass mark for this visa is 100.
Partner Migration
Partners of Australian citizens, permanent residents, or eligible New Zealand citizens can sponsor migration to Australia. Options include spouse visas for married or de facto relationships, leading to permanent residency in stages, and fiancée visas for temporary stays followed by permanent residency upon marriage in Australia.
Child Migration
Child migration to Australia encompasses dependent children, orphan relatives, or adopted children of an Australian citizen, permanent visa holder, or eligible New Zealand citizen. The Child category applies to natural children, adopted children, or stepchildren of a sponsor.
The sponsor must be an Australian citizen, holder of a permanent visa, or eligible New Zealand citizen. In cases where a child is overseas and was adopted after the sponsor became a permanent resident, they should apply under the Adopted Child category.
Note that a child can only be granted a permanent Child visa on the basis of a step relationship in circumstances where:
- The child’s natural or adopted parent is an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen, or;
- The parent is no longer a spouse of the step parent and that step parent has been granted legal responsibility for the child by a court.
