Izhevsk State Medical Academy (ISMA) is a government-run medical university in Izhevsk, Russia. It was founded in 1933 to address the need for medical personnel in the Ural and Volga regions.

To be eligible for admission to Izhevsk State Medical Academy in Russia, you must meet the following criteria:
  • Be at least 17 years old by December 31 of the year you apply 
     
  • Have passed 12th grade with at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology 
     
  • Have qualified for the NEET exam in the current or previous two years 
     
  • Be fluent in English 
     
  • Submit an HIV report in English 
     
  • Have a passport with your name, date of birth, gender, and passport number matching the report 
     
  • Meet other vaccination requirements, including rubella, measles, mumps, hepatitis B, and diphtheria 
     
  • Have a valid medical insurance policy 
     
  • Have four 3x4 cm photos without a head covering and a blank corner in the bottom right
