On 31 august 1991, kyrgyzstan declared independence from the ussr and a democratic government was established. Kyrgyzstan attained sovereignty as a nation state after the breakup of the soviet union in 1991.

ADMISSION & ELIGIBILITY


To be eligible for admission to central asian international medical university (caimu), applicants must meet the following criteria: 

  • Age: applicants must be at least 17 years old by december 31 of the year they are applying
  • Academic performance: applicants must have passed 12th standard with a minimum of 50% in physics, chemistry, and biology
  • Neet exam: applicants must qualify for the neet exam

The central asian international medical university (caimu) in kyrgyzstan has the following fee structure for mbbs students: 

  • First year: $5,300, which includes $500 for medical, visa extension, and miscellaneous fees, and $1,000 for documentation, registration, and admission charges
  • Second through fifth years: $4,300 per year
