Bangladesh Medical College (BMC) is a private medical college in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It was established in 1986 and is the oldest private medical college in Bangladesh. BMC offers a five-year MBBS degree program.

ADMISSION & ELIGIBILITY


To be eligible for admission to a medical college in bangladesh, you must meet the following criteria: 

  • Be at least 17 years old by the end of the year of admission 
  • Have passed your 10th and 12th standard from a recognized board 
  • Have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in physics, chemistry, and biology (pcb) in 12th standard 
  • Have passed the neet ug exam in the admission year 
  • Have a minimum aggregate gpa in ssc and hsc 
  • Have no gap of more than one year after the intermediate exam 

 

FEE STRUCTURE

The fee structure for Bangladesh Medical College (BMC) includes tuition and a one-time development fee. 
 
Tuition and development fee
  • The tuition fee for the first year at BMC is around US\$22,000. 
     
  • This includes a one-time development fee of US\$17,000. 
     
  • The hostel fee is included in the first year's fee. 
     
  • All fees must be paid on time as per the schedule in the admission letter. 
     
  • A late fee will be charged if the fees are not paid on time. 
     
  • Students who fail to pass the final MBBS exam within five years must pay tuition for an extended period. 
     
Other fees
